You may do a gentle exfoliation/scrub 24–48 hours before the treatment, but not on the same day, to avoid irritation.
On the day of the treatment:
Come with clean, dry skin on the upper lip area.
Do not apply creams, oils, foundation, concealer or other makeup on the treated area.
24–48 hours before the treatment:
Do not sunbathe or use a tanning bed.
Avoid acid peels, deep cleansing or any aggressive facial treatments on the area.
If possible, avoid skincare products with retinol or acids around the mouth.
🌸 After the treatment (first 24 hours)
Do not touch the area with dirty hands, do not rub or scratch it.
Avoid using foundation, powder or concealer on the area for at least 12–24 hours.
Do not go to the sauna, swimming pool or gym, and avoid heavy exercise that causes sweating.
Do not sunbathe or use a tanning bed for 24–48 hours. Afterwards, use SPF when exposed to the sun.
Do not use scrubs, acid peels, retinol or strong exfoliants on the area for 2–3 days after the treatment.
If there is redness or sensitivity, you can apply a soothing gel or cream, for example with aloe vera or panthenol.

Avoid sunbathing or tanning beds, especially if your skin is sensitive or sunburned.
Do not have acid peels or other strong skin treatments on the area.
🌸 After the treatment (first 24 hours)
Do not touch the area with dirty hands, do not rub or scratch it.
Do not use deodorant, antiperspirant, perfumed creams or sprays on the underarms for at least 24 hours.
Avoid gym, intense workouts, swimming and sauna during the first 24 hours, as sweat and heat can irritate the skin.
Avoid very tight clothing and synthetic fabrics – choose a loose cotton T-shirt so the skin can breathe.
Do not use scrubs, acid peels or strong active skincare on the area for 2–3 days after the treatment.
If there is redness or sensitivity, you can apply a soothing gel or cream, for example with aloe vera or panthenol.

✅ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
• Hair on the legs should be about 5–7 mm long
• Do not shave your legs for at least 10–14 days before the treatment
• 24–48 hours before: you may do a gentle body scrub (but not on the same day)
• On the day: take a shower, but do not apply creams, oils, body lotion or self-tanner on the legs
• The skin on the treatment area should be clean and dry
• Avoid sunbathing and tanning beds 24–48 hours before the appointment
🌸 AFTER THE TREATMENT (first 24 hours):
• Do not rub, scratch or scrub the skin
• Avoid hot baths, steam rooms, swimming and intense workouts in the first 24 hours
• Avoid very tight trousers and synthetic fabrics – choose loose, breathable clothes (preferably cotton)
• Do not sunbathe or use a tanning bed for 24–48 hours; use SPF if your legs are exposed to the sun
• Do not use scrubs, acid peels, self-tanner or strong active skincare on the legs for 2–3 days
