Rather than following a fixed routine, your therapist listens to the body and adapts the massage to what feels most supportive in the moment.

A deeply personalized full-body experience that gives your therapist more time to work with the areas where your body is holding tension, stress or fatigue.
The session may combine intuitive touch, muscular and fascial release, deep-tissue techniques, gentle lymphatic work, stretching, reflexology, breathwork, scalp and facial massage or cupping when appropriate.
Rather than following a fixed routine, the massage is adapted to your body’s current needs. The extended 90-minute format allows for deeper work, slower transitions and greater attention to multiple areas of the body.
