I offer both Holistic Psychotherapy in the form of talk therapy and creative arts therapy. Holistic psychotherapy is an evidence based integrative approach that supports the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—by exploring how thoughts, emotions, physical experiences, and deeper meaning are interconnected. It gently weaves together traditional talk therapy with body‑based and experiential practices to help people cultivate balance, self‑awareness, and a more grounded sense of well‑being. Creative arts therapy, a form of psychotherapy which offers a warm, imaginative pathway to healing by using creative expression, and brings this to life through embodied story making and storytelling, movement, role‑play, and exploration that helps people safely discover new perspectives and possibilities.
